Bearys has been at the forefront of a ‘design-build-deliver’ model for Data Centre Parks in India. In its recent portfolio, are most of the Data Centre Parks for NTT, Japan and the very first Microsoft Data Centre in Hyderabad, India among others. The Group has to its credit India’s First LEED Platinum Research Park ‘Bearys Global Research Triangle’ (BGRT), certified by both USGBC and IGBC. BGRT is a benchmark project in India, celebrated by industry and academia. Measuring over 1.4 million sqft, this green marvel offers seamless connectivity, a creative workplace and a contemporary business lifestyle.
Bearys has also had the honour of developing the world’s first green mosque, ‘Badriya Juma Masjid’ in coastal Karnataka, facing the Arabian Sea. Entirely off the grid, it is powered by solar and wind hybrid energy that exceeds its requirements. The Indian Green Building Council has certified this mosque as ‘the World’s First Net Zero Platinum - Place of Worship’. Bearys is perhaps the only developer in India to have over 9 IGBC platinum certified, 3 LEED certified, and 3 Net Zero certified projects to its credit.

Syed Mohamed Beary
Mr. Syed Mohamed Beary, founder of Bearys Group in 1981, is a self-taught, self-made entrepreneur, environmentalist & educationist, passionately leading all 3 verticals. His pursuit of excellence & tenacity to extract the best transformed Bearys into a leader in real estate, pioneering the Design-Build-Deliver (DBD) model with a diverse portfolio of high-performance projects. Bearys today is the largest Data Center developer in India.
A Senior Fellow & founding member of IGBC, he champions India’s green building movement with 13 LEED/IGBC Platinum Awards, including 3 Net Zero projects. Continuing his family's legacy since 1906, he promotes inclusive education through 20+ institutions, serving 6000+ students & 25000+ alumni across all levels.
His vision is to make Bearys, a global symbol for quality & integrity, beginning with Bearys Wafira, Dubai, a truly Green Marvel. Mr. Beary’s legacy is defined by Individual Commitment, Collaborative Effort & Collective Leadership.

Mazhar Syed Beary
Mr. Mazhar, son of Mr. Syed Mohamed Beary, was born in 1981, the same year Bearys Group was established in Bangalore. His life's journey is deeply connected to the evolution of Bearys Group into Bearys Global. Mr. Mazhar began assisting his father very early, gaining invaluable experiences that culminated in his gaining an MBA in Marketing & HR, and officially joining the business in 2005.
Over the years, Mazhar has garnered insights and expertise across sectors, including real estate, project management, business development, and customer relations. He has successfully led Bearys Data Centre projects on a 'Design-Build-Deliver' model. In 2009, Mr. Mazhar seized the opportunity to establish Bearys Retail arm, collaborating with Herman Miller, a global leader in office furniture.
Divine grace has now presented Mazhar with the opportunity to manage Bearys first overseas office in Dubai, marking its global expansion. The inaugural project 'Bearys Wafira' is a standout green marvel in Dubai's skyline. Mr. Mazhar is profoundly grateful to the Almighty, his father and uncles for entrusting him with this opportunity and challenge. He is committed to exceeding client expectations and elevating Bearys into a global brand known for design excellence, highest quality standards, timely delivery, and unwavering integrity - a proud legacy.

As daughter of Mr. Syed Mohamed Beary, Ms. Zainab has been a vital part of Bearys since 2017, driving forward its vision of creating sustainable and innovative spaces that achieve harmony between the built environment and nature.
An architect by profession, she shares her father's passion for design and architecture. Her firm belief in the synergy between nature and design & is evident in all her work.
She has successfully contributed to a variety of projects, including data centres, residential apartments, and has been closely involved with Bearys Wafira since its inception.

The seeds of education were sown in 1906 by our forefathers who set up a school in a thatched hut in our village Kodi, Kundapur, on the West coast of Karnataka. We have come a long way since then with 22+ institutions
